How long has it been since you led someone to Christ?

The following is an aid to use in showing someone, through scripture why they need Christ and how to accept him as savior. I copied it from a card I have carried in my wallet for many years.

LEADING someone to Christ
God Loves You:
John 3:16 - For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.
Romans 5:8 - But God demonstrates his own love for us in this:  While we were still sinners, Christ died for us.
All Have Sinned:
Romans 3:23 - for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God.
Isaiah 64:6 - All of us have become like an unclean thing and all our righteous acts are like filthy rags; we all shrivel up like a leaf, and like the wind our sins sweep us away.
The Result of Sin:
Romans 5:12 - Therefore, just as sin entered the world through one man, and death through sin, in this way death came to all men, because all have sinned.
James 1:14-15 - but each one is tempted when, by his own evil desire, he is dragged away and enticed. Then, after desire has conceived, it gives birth to sin; and sin, when it is full-grown, gives birth to death.
Being Good Won't Save You:
Titus 3:5 - He saved us, not because of righteous things we had done, but because of his mercy. He saved us through the washing of rebirth and renewal by the Holy Spirit.
Ephesians 2:8-9 - For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith-and this not from yourselves, it is the gift of God- not by works, so that no one can boast.
God's Gift to You:
Romans 6:23 - For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.
John 1:12 - Yet to all who received him, to those who believed in his name, he gave the right to become children of God-
New Creation:
Romans 10:9, 13 - If you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved.
2 Corinthians 5:17 - Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away, and all things have become new.
If you haven't led someone to Christ today - what are you waiting for? -Stephanie Sagen
Stephanie is a member of One Nation Under God U.S.A. and regularly attends services at New Hope Ministries. She encourages followers of Christ to put on the whole armor of God each morning according to Ephesians 6:10-18, to read God's Word daily, to know God's will according to 1 Thessalonians 5:16-18, "Be joyful always; pray continually; give thanks in all circumstances, for this is God's will for you in Christ Jesus". She reminds God's people that we have been given the ministry of reconciliation according to 2 Corinthians 5:18 and we have been commissioned to "Go into all the world and preach the gospel to all creation" (Mark 16:15). God desires that none should perish. If you haven't led someone to Christ today - what are you waiting for?
